Effect of Comprehensive Emergency Nursing Intervention on Emergency Treatment of Coma Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage
Objective:To investigate the effect of comprehensive emergency nursing intervention on emergency treatment of coma patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods:A total of 78 cases of coma patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to Tianjin Huanhu Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as research objects. They were divided into an observation group and a control group by random grouping method, with 39 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine emergency nursing intervention, and the observation group was treated with comprehensive emergency nursing intervention. The first aid success rate, clinical indicators, occurrence of complications, daily living ability, limb motor function and nerve function were compared between the two groups. Results:The success rate of rescue in the observation group was 94.87%,which was higher than 74.36%in the control the group, and the complication rate was 5.13%,which was lower than 20.51%in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The evaluation time, emergency stay time and rescue time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the Activities of Daily Living Scale and Fugl-Meyer Assessment score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the scores of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale were lower than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive emergency nursing intervention can improve the emergency treatment efficiency of coma patients with cerebral hemorrhage, not only improve the success rate of rescue, but also shorten the time of disease evaluation, emergency stay and rescue, reduce the occurrence of complications, and promote the rehabilitation of patients'daily living ability, limb motor function and nervous function.
