Effect Analgsis of Early Interventional Embolization on Elderly Patients with Intracranial Aneurysms
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of early interventional embolization in elderly patients with intracranial aneurysm. Methods:A total of 98 intracranial aneurysm patients with intracranial aneurysm treated in Yicheng District People's Hospital of Zaozhuang City from June 2020 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects, and divided into a control group and a study group with 49 cases in each group by sealed envelope method. The control group was treated with craniotomy and the study group was treated with early interventional embolization. The serum indexes, neurological function and complications of the two groups were compared before and one month after surgery. Results:One month after surgery, the matrix metalloproteinase-9 of the study group was(94.67±7.53)ng/mL,neuron-specific enolase was(20.65±4.28)μg/L,which were lower than(98.35±7.61)ng/mL and(24.91±4.62)μg/L of the control group, the vascular endothelial growth factor of the study group was(451.96±33.72)μg/L,which was higher than(412.57±33.84)μg/L of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).One month after operation, the neurological impairment score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was 4.08%,which was lower than 16.33%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early interventional embolization in elderly patients with intracranial aneurysms can improve the microcirculation disorder of brain tissue, help to reduce the damage of cerebral nerve function, and has certain safety.
