Effect Analysis of Alteplase Intravenous Thrombolysis Combined with Sequential Tirofiban in the Treatment of Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke
Objective:To investigate the effect analysis of Alteplase intravenous thrombolysis combined with sequential Tirofiban in the treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods:A total of 80 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to the Department of Neurology of Beijing Aerospace General Hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an intervention group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intravenous Alteplase thrombolytic therapy,and the intervention group was treated with sequential Tirofiban on the basis of the control group.The degree of nerve defect,quality of life,cognitive function level,hemorheology indexes and nerve function mediators of the two groups were compared.Results:One week after treatment,the scores of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group,and the scores of the Stroke Specific Quality of Life scale and the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).One week after treatment,the erythrocyte sedimentation rate,whole blood low shear viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity and fibrinogen in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).One week after treatment,brain-derived neurotrophic factor and insulin-like growth factor-1 in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,and nerve growth factor in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Alteplase intravenous thrombolysis combined with sequential Tirofiban in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke patients can improve the quality of life and cognitive function,improve the degree of nerve defect and neurofunctional mediators,and regulate the hemorheology indexes.
