Analysis of the Influence of Multi-Sensory Arousal Intervention on the Recovery Period and Complications after Extubation in Patients with General Anesthesia Intubation
Objective:To investigate the effects of multi-sensory arousal intervention on the recovery period and complications after extubation patients with general anesthesia intubation. Methods:Sixty patients who underwent general anesthesia intubation in Liaocheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. The control group adopted traditional voice arousal mode, while the study group adopted multi-sensory arousal mode. The clinical indexes, state of consciousness, quality of recovery and complications of the two groups were compared. Results:The recovery time of spontaneous respiration and the stay time of the recovery room in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Ten minutes after extubation, the Glasgow Coma Score Scale score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the Recovery of Quality score-40 was higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 10.00%,which was lower than 23.33%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multi-sensory arousal intervention can shorten the recovery time, improve the recovery quality and reduce the incidence of complications in patients with general anesthesia intubation after extubation.
