摘要
目的:探究Brandt-Daroff习服训练联合Epley耳石复位法治疗耳源性眩晕患者的效果.方法:选择 2022年 2月—2023年 10月济南市第三人民医院收治的 88例耳源性眩晕患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组,各 44例.对照组采用Epley耳石复位法治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合Brandt-Daroff习服训练治疗.比较两组前庭症状、眩晕残障程度、治疗后,研究组Berg平衡量表及生活质量.结果:治疗后,研究组前庭症状评分及眩晕残障程度评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组Berg平衡量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组生活质量综合评分问卷中生活状态、躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能4个维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:Brandt-Daroff习服训练联合Epley耳石复位法治疗耳源性眩晕患者可有效改善前庭症状及眩晕残障程度,提高平衡能力及生活质量.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Brandt-Daroff habituation training combined with Epley otolith reduction on patients with otogenic vertigo.Methods:A total of 88 patients with otogenic vertigo treated in Jinan Third People's Hospital from February 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Epley otolith reduction,the study group was treated with Brandt-Daroff habituation training on the basis of the control group.Vestibular symptoms,vertigo disability,balance ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of Dizziness Handicap Inventory Scale and Vestibular Symptom Index Scale of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Berg Balance Scale of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores about 4 dimensions of life status,physical function,psychological function and social function Generic Quality of Life Inventory were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Brandt-Daroff habituation training combined with Epley otolith reduction in the treatment of patients with otogenic vertigo can effectively improve the vestibular symptoms and the degree of vertigo disability,improve the balance ability and quality of life.
