Exploration of the Value of Layered Dressing Change Method in the Rehabilitation of Patients with Residual Wounds After Extensive Deep Burns
Objective:To investigate the value of layering dressed change method in the rebabilitation of patients with residual wounds after extensive deep burn. Methods:A total of 89 patients with residual wounds after extensive deep burn treated and treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Nankai University(Tianjin Fourth Hospital)from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a study group(n=45)and a control group(n=44)according to the principle of random envelope drawing. The control group was treated with routine dressing change method, the study group was treated with layered dressing change method, the wound healing time, curative effect, pain degree and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results:The wound healing time of limbs, trunk and face of the study group were shorter than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3,6 and 9 days of treatment, the VAS scores pain Visual Analogue Scale scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Day 14 of treatment, the efficacy rate of the study group was 97.78%,which was higher than 84.09%of the control group, and the MOS item short form health survey scores in all dimensions of the study group were higher than those of the control group, with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of layered dressing change method in the rehabilitation of patients with residual wound after extencive deep burn is helpful to relieve pain, shorten the healing time of the wound, improve the curative effect and improve the quality of life.
