中文摘要：目的:探究环乳晕切口手术联合腋窝淋巴清扫手术对女性早期乳腺癌患者上肢活动度及乳房美观的影响。方法:选取 2020年 1月—2024年 2月济南市第三人民医院收治的 60例女性早期乳腺癌患者为研究对象，跟进随机数字表法将其分为对照组及研究组，各 30例。对照组采用乳腺癌改良根治术联合腋窝淋巴结清扫治疗，研究组采用环乳晕切口手术联合腋窝淋巴清扫治疗。比较两组临床疗效、上肢活动度、乳房美观度、并发症发生情况。结果:研究组疾病缓解率及疾病控制率分别为 93。33%和 96。67%，均高于对照组的 86。67%和 93。33%，但两组比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0。05)。治疗 3个月后，研究组前屈、后伸、内收、外展等上肢活动度均大于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0。05)。研究组乳房美观度为96。67%，高于对照组的 70。00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。研究组并发症发生率为 10。00%，低于对照组的 33。33%，差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。结论:环乳晕切口手术联合腋窝淋巴结清扫手术在女性早期乳腺癌患者中应用具有一定疗效，有利于恢复上肢活动度，保持乳房美观度，降低并发症发生率，具有良好的安全性。

外文摘要：Objective:To investigate the effect of annular areolar incision surgery combined with axillary lymph dissection surgery on upper limb motion and breast beauty in women with early breast cancer.Methods:A total of 60 female patients with early breast cancer admitted to Jinan Third People's Hospital from January 2020 to February 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group with 30 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was treated with modified radical mastectomy surgery combined with axillary node dissection treatment,while the study group was treated with annular areolar incision surgery combined with axillary lymph dissection treatment.The clinical efficacy,upper limb motion,breast beauty and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The disease remission rate and disease control rate in the study group were 93.33%and 96.67%,respectively,which were higher than 86.67%and 93.33%in the control group,but there were no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the flexion,extension,adduction and abduction of upper limb motion in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The breast beauty of the study group was 96.67%,which was higher than 70.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 10.00%,which was lower than 33.33%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Annular areolar incision surgery combined with axillary lymph dissection surgery has certain efficacy in female patients with early breast cancer,which is more conducive to restoring upper limb motion,maintaining breast beauty,reducing the incidence of complications,and has good safety.
