Effect Analysis of Live Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Enterococcus Capsules in Treatment of Patients with Severe Cerebral Infarction and Malnutrition
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Live Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Enterococcus Capsules in treatment of patients with severe cerebral infarction malnutntion.Methods:Sixty-eight patients with severe cerebral infarction and malnutrition admitted to the Lanling County People's Hospital from December 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and the patients were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with enteral nutrition support,and the study group was treated with Live Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Enterococcus Capsules on the basis of the control group.The nutritional status,immune function and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the nutritional status of the study group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of peripheral T cell subsets CD3+,CD4+,immunoglobulin A,immunoglobulin G and immunoglobulin M in both groups were higher than before treatment,and the study group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 5.88%,which was lower than 23.53%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Live Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Enterococcus Capsules can improve the nutritional status of patients with severe cerebral infarction,improve their immune function,reduce the adverse reactions of enteral nutrition support therapy,and have high safety.
