Effect Analysis of Intramedullary Nailing Internal Fixation Surgery in Traumatic Frature of Limbs
Objective:To investigate the effect of intramedullary nailing interral fixation surgery in treatment of patients with traumatic fracture of limbs. Methods:A total of 120 patients with traumatic fracture of limbs were selected from June 2021 to March 2024 in Shanxian central hospital as research objects, and were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received internal fixation sugery and the study group received intramedullary nailing internal fixation surgery. The perioperative indexes, oxidative stress indexes levels, inflammatory factors and bone metabolism levels and occurrere of complications were compared between the two groups. Results:Compared with the control group, the study group had less intraoperative blood loss, shorter operation time, first time of getting out of bed after surgery, hospital stay and fracture healing time.Three days after surgery, superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and malondialdehyde was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).On the first day after surgery, hypersensitive C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 month after surgery, type Ⅰ procollagen hydroxy-end elongating peptide and bone gamma-hydroxyglutamate protein in the study group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significances(P<0.05).The incidence of complications 5.00%in the study group was lower than 16.67%in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intramedullary nailing fixation surgery is helpful to reduce intraoperative blood loss, shorten operative time, postoperative time of getting out of bed, hospital stay and fracture healing time, improve the levels of oxidative stress, inflammatory factors and bone metabolism, and reduce the incidence of complications.
