Effect Analysis of Humeral Bone Marrow Nail Internal Fixation Surgery and Locking Compression Plate Fixation Surgery in the Treatment of Humeral Fracture Patients
Objective:To investigate the effects of humeral bone marrow nail internal fixation surgery and locking compression plate fixation surgery in the treatment of humeral fracture patients.Methods:A total of 160 patients with humeral fracture admitted to the Department of Orthopedics in Weishan County People's Hospital from February 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with locking compression plate fixation surgery and the study group was treated with humeral bone marrow nail internal fixation surgery.Perioperative indexes,pain degree,shoulder joint function,elbow joint function and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The intraoperative blood loss of the study group was less than that of the control group,and the duration of hospitalization and fracture healing were shorter than those of the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).Three and six months after surgery,the pain scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).One year after surgery,the Constant-Murley shoulder function scale and elbow Mayo function score of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was 2.50%,which was lower than 11.25%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humeral bone marrow nail internal fixation surgery and locking compression plate fixation surgery can both effectively treat humeral fracture.Compared with locking compression plate fixation surgery,the use of humeral bone marrow nail internal fixation can cause less trauma to patients,and the postoperative hospital stay and fracture healing time are shorter,which can reduce the pain degree of patients and promote the recovery of elbow and shoulder joint function.
