Clinical Observation of Debridement Combined with Vacuum Sealing Drainage in the Treatment of Patients with Diabetic Foot Wound
Objective:To analyze the effect of debridement combined with vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of patients with diabetic foot wound. Methods:A total of 78 patients with diabetic foot admitted to Tianjin 2702 Hospital from January 2019 to November 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a study group and a control group according to computer randomized method, with 39 cases in each group. The control group was treated with debridement, and the research group was treated with vacuum sealing drainage on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate, pain sensation, inflammatory factors and wound healing time of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results:The effective rate of the control group was 82.05%,which was lower than 97.44%of the study group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the pain scores of the study group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the white blood cell count, neutrophil percentage and lymphocyte count in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound healing time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Debridement combined with vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of patients with diabetic foot is helpful to improve the therapeutic effect, relieve pain and improve inflammation, and shorten the wound healing time.
