Clinical Study of Qianzheng Powder Addition and Subtraction Combined with Facial Function Training in the Treatment of Patients with Wind-Phlegm-Blocked Collaterals Type Peripheral Facial Palsy
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Qianzheng Powder addition and subtraction combined with facial function training in the treatment of patients with wind-phlegm-blocked collaterals type peripheral facial palsy.Methods:A total of 96 patients with wind-phlegm-blocked collaterals type peripheral facial paralysis treated in Yudu County People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional treatment,the control group received facial function training on the basis of this treatment,the study group combined with Qianzheng Powder addition and subtraction treatment on the basis of the control group,and the clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,facial muscle function and facial nerve function grades of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 97.92%,which was higher than 83.33%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the House-Brackman facial nerve function grade of the study group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM symptom scores in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than that of the control group;Portmann scores in both groups were higher than before treatment,and the study group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qianzheng Powder addition and subtraction combined with facial function training has a good effect on the treatment of wind-phlegm-blocked collaterals type peripheral facial paralysis,and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,facial muscle function and facial nerve function of patients.
