Application Analysis of High Intensity Intermittent Training Combined with Progressive Relaxation Training in Patients with Essential Hypertension
Objective:To explore the effect of high intensity interval training combined with progressive relaxation training on patients with essential hypertension. Methods:A total of 84 patients with essential hypertension admitted to Gao'an City People's Hospital of Jiangxi Province from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given progressive relaxation training and high-intensity interval training on the basis of the control group. The intervention lasted for 12 weeks in both groups.Blood pressure, hemorheology and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results:After intervention,24 h mean diastolic blood pressure,24 h mean systolic blood pressure,24 h mean arterial pressure, whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and MOS item short from health survey scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of high-intensity interval training and progressive relaxation training can reduce the blood pressure, improve the hemorheology index and improve the quality of life of patients with essential hypertension.
