Application Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgical Concept Nursing in Postoperative Rehabilitation of Patients with Kidney Stones
Objective:To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with kidney stones. Methods:A total of 68 patients with kidney stones who underwent percutaneous nephrolithotomy in Yugan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.According to random number table method, the patients were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 34 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, the observation group received rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing.Postoperative rehabilitation indexes, pain degree, psychological state, quality of life, renal function, makers, complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:Urinary tube extraction time, getting out of bed activity time, exhaust time and postoperative hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the scores of Self-rating Depression Scale,Self-rating Anxiety Scale and digital pain scoring in 2 groups were lower than before nursing, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing the scores of life quality comprehensive assessment questionnaire in both groups were higher than before nursing, and the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing the levels of urea nitrogen, creatinine and cystatin C in two groups were higher than before nursing, and observation group was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing interleukin-10,white blood cell count and C-reactive protein in two groups were decreased compared with before nursing, and the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.88%,which was lower than 23.53%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 91.18%,which was higher than 64.71%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery is conducive to improving the psychological state of patients with kidney stone surgery, alleviating postoperative pain and inflammation, improving renal function, speeding up postoperative rehabilitation, reducing the occurrence of complications, and contributing to improving the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients.
