Objective:To investigate the effect of remimazolam combined with cisatracurium and sufentanil in anesthesia of patients with distal radius fracture. Methods:A total of 80 patients with distal radius fracture who received internal fixation treatment in Jining Orthopedic Hospital from January to June 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a control group and a study group using random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was anesthetised with propofol combined with cisatracurium and sufentanil, while the study group was anesthetised with remimazolam combined with cisatracurium and sufentanil. The vital signs, sedation effect, pain and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:5 min after sedation and 10 min after the end of block, the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the bispectral indexes between the two groups at each time(P>0.05).The pain visual analogue scale scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group at 5 min after sedation,at the end of block and 10 min after block, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 7.50%,lower than 27.50%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Remimazolam combined with cisatracurium and sufentanil in the anesthesia of distal radius fracture has a good effect, and can provide patients with painless and safe anesthesia services, which has application value.
