Effect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction Combined with Recombinant Teripartide for Injection in the Treatment of Patients with Postmenopausal Osteoporosis of Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type
Effect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction Combined with Recombinant Teripartide for Injection in the Treatment of Patients with Postmenopausal Osteoporosis of Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with Recombinant Teriparatide for injection in the treatment of patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMO)with kidney deficiency and blood stasis.Methods:A total of 82 PMO patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Recombinant Teriparatide for injection,and the study group was treated with Bushen Huoxue Decoction based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,bone mineral density,bone metabolism index,quality of life and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the study group was 95.12%,higher than 80.49%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the bone density of lumbar vertebule and femur,the levels of osteocalcin,type Ⅰ procollagen C-terminal propeptide and specific alkaline phosphatase in the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the scores of all dimensions of the WHO Simple Living Scale in the study group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 9.76%,compared with 7.32%in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with Recombinant Teriparatide for injection in the treatment of PMO patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis is helpful to improve the curative effect,increase bone mineral density,correct bone metabolism indexes,improve quality of life,and is safe and reliable.
