Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Shirun Shaoshang Cream on patients with third degree wound of dog bite.Methods:The clinical data of 160 patients with third-degree dog bite wounds admitted to Wuwei People's Hospital from January 2021 to May 2023 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into a study group and a control group according to with 80 cases in each group.The study group was treated with Shirun Shaoshang Cream and the control group was treated with iodophor.Wound healing time,pain degree,infection occurrence and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the visual analogue score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the wound healing time was shorter than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of infection in the study group was 5.00%,lower than 15.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Treatment satisfaction in the study group was 90.00%,higher than 70.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shirun Shaoshang Cream can shorten the healing time,effectively relieve the pain degree,reduce the incidence of infection and improve the satisfaction of the treatment.
