Effect Analysis of Minimally Invasive Stereotactic Removal of Intracranial Hematoma Combined with Urokinase in the Treatment of patients with Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage
Objective:To investigate the effect of stereotactic minimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma combined with urokinase in the treatment of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:A total of 80 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated in Linshu County People's Hospital from January 1 2020 to December 31 2023 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into a control group and a study group according to convenient sampling method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional craniotomy hematoma removal,and the study group was treated with stereotactic minimally invasive intracranial hematoma removal combined with urokinase treatment.The therapeutic effect,the levels of nerve cell injury factors and inflammatory factors and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On the 7th day after surgery,the levels of TNF-α,MMP-9 and hs-CRP in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was 2.50%,lower than 15.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Stereotactic minimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma combined with urokinase is effective in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,which can reduce the inflammatory response of brain tissue,is conducive to the recovery of neurological function,and has low incidence of complications.
