Objective:To investigate the effect of physical factor therapy combined with exercise rehabilitation on functional recovery of shoulder joint in patients with rotator cuffinjury. Methods:Data of 80 patients with rotator cuffinjury admitted to Jinan Third People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2024 were retrospectively selected as the research objects, and were divided into a control group and a study group according to different treatment methods, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with physical factor therapy, and the study group was treated with exercise rehabilitation on this basis. The therapeutic effect, shoulder joint function and shoulder joint motion were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 97.50%,higher than 80.00%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the University of California at Los Angeles shoulder scoring system score of the study group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the shoulder joint motion in all directions of the study group were greater than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Physical factor therapy combined with exercise rehabilitation for patients with rotator cuffinjury can significantly improve the therapeutic effect, improve the function and mobility of shoulder joint, and have high clinical application value.
