Objective:To compare the effects of intravenous Tranexamic Acid(10 mg/kg and 20 mg/kg)on patients undergoing knee replacement surgery. Methods:A total of 122 patients treated by knee arthroplasty in Shuyang Guangji Hospital from March 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into a study group and a control group randomly, with 61 cases in each group. The dosage of intravenous Tranexamic Acid was 10 mg/kg in the control group and 20 mg/kg in the study group.Knee rehabilitation, hemoglobin level, pain degree and knee function were compared between the two groups. Results:The excellent and good rate of knee rehabilitation in the study group was 91.80%,which was higher than 72.13%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).One month after surgery, the hemoglobin level and pain number score of the study group were lower than those of the control group, the knee joint score of Lysholm was higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tranatemocyclic Acid dose of 20 mg/kg can more effectively reduce pain, reduce hemoglobin level and improve knee joint function, which is conducive to postoperative rehabilitation of patients.
