Anesthesia and Analgesic Effects Analysis of Ultrasound-Guided Single Paravertebral Nerve Block Combined with General Anesthesia in Laparoscopic Surgery
Objective:To investigate the effect of ultrasound-guided single paravertebral nerve block combined with general anesthesia in patients with laparoscopic surgery. Methods:A total of 92 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in Liaocheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from September 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were randomly divided into a control group and a study group, with 46 cases in each group. The control group received general anesthesia, and the study group received ultrasound-guided single paravertebral nerve block on this basis. The anesthetic effect, analgesic effect, hemodynamic indexes and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The onset time of anesthesia in the study group was shorter than that in the control group, and the duration of anesthesia was longer than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 2,6 and 12 h after surgery, the pain visual analogue scale scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Data of min after anesthesia and at the end of the operation, the mean arterial pressure and heart rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 8.69%,lower than 15.22%in the control group, but there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided single paravertebral nerve block combined with general anesthesia can obtain good anesthetic and analgesic effect, and maintain the stable vital signs of patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery, which has certain application value.
