摘要
目的:探究心肺康复联合PowerBreathe K 5呼吸训练器治疗对冠脉搭桥患者心肺耐力的影响.方法:选择 2022年 9月—2023 年 10月于徐州医科大学附属医院心脏大血管外科行冠脉搭桥术的 57例患者为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为对照组(n=28)及研究组(n=29).对照组采用常规康复干预,研究组在此基础上采用心肺康复联合PowerBreathe K 5呼吸训练器治疗.比较两组患者的心肺耐力、心理状况、生活质量及血气分析指标.结果:干预后,研究组的 6 min步行试验距离长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,研究组的动脉血氧分压高于对照组,动脉二氧化碳分压低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,研究组的焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,研究组的西雅图心绞痛量表中各项评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:心肺康复联合PowerBreathe K 5呼吸训练器治疗能有效改善冠脉搭桥患者的心肺耐力、血气分析指标及心理状态,提升其生活质量.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of cardiopulmonary rehabilitation combined with PowerBreathe K5 respiratory training device on cardiopulmonary endurance in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting.Methods:A total of 57 patients who underwent coronary artery bypass grafting in the Department of Cardiac macrovascular Surgery,Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from September 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group(n=28)and study group(n=29)by random number table method.The control group received routine rehabilitation intervention,and the study group received cardiopulmonary rehabilitation combined with PowerBreathe K5 respiratory training device on this basis.The cardiopulmonary endurance,psychological status,quality of life and blood gas analysis indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the 6-minute walking test distance of the study group was longer than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the partial pressure of arterial blood oxygen in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the partial pressure of arterial carbon dioxide was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of the Seattle angina questionnaiire in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cardiopulmonary rehabilitation combined with PowerBreathe K5 respiratory training device can effectively improve the cardiopulmonary endurance,blood gas analysis indexes and psychological state of patients with coronary artery bypass grafting,and improve their quality of life.
