Objective:To investigate the effects of radiofrequency ablation,ozone injection combined with acupuncture on pain and spinal function in patients with radicular lumbar spine.Methods:The clinical data of 80 patients with radicular lumbar spine disease in Jining Bone Injury Hospital from March 2022 to June 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into a control group and a study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with radiofrequency ablation,while the study group was treated with radiofrequency ablation,ozone injection combined with acupuncture.The clinical efficacy,pain degree and recovery of spinal function were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 97.50%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of numerical pain rating scales and Lumbar dysfunction index in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Radiofrequency ablation,ozone injection combined with acupuncture in the treatment of radicular lumbar disease is helpful to improve the therapeutic effect,relieve the degree of pain and promote the recovery of spinal function.
