Objective:To investigate the expression of serum recombinant collagen type Ⅳα3(COL4A3)of patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)and its relationship with pathological parameters. Methods:The Data of 84 patients with NSCLC admitted to Panzhihua Central Hospital from May 2023 to May 2024 were retrospectively analyzed and included in the NSCLC group,a total of 51 healthy subjects of the same period were included in the control group, and a total of 53 patients with benign lung tumors of the same period were included in the benign tumor group. The serum COL4A3 expression was detected, the clinical and pathological data of patients with NSCLC were collected, the relationship between serum COL4A3 and pathological parameters of NSCLC was analyzed, and receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)was drawn to analyze the diagnostic value of serum COL4A3 in NSCLC.Results:The serum COL4A3 level in NSCLC group was higher than control group and benign tumor group, and the benign tumor group was higher than control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the NSCLC group, the serum COL4A3 expression level of patients with lymph node metastasis and TNM stageⅢtoⅣ was higher than that of patients without lymph node metastasis and TNM stageⅠtoⅡ,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The area under the curve of serum COL4A3 for the diagnosis of NSCLC was 0.745,the threshold was 3.45 μg/L,the Jorden index was 0.59,the sensitivity was 63.64%,and the specificity was 95.89%.Conclusion:The upregulation of serum COL4A3 in patients with NSCLC is closely related to TNM stage and lymph node metastasis, which has important value in disease evaluation and early diagnosis.
