Objective:To investigate the effect of pry and reset the olecranon control lever through the ulna in the treatment of complex humeral condyle fracture in children. Methods:A total of 72 children with complex humeral condyle fractures admitted to Juye County People's Hospital from January 2021 to October 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group using a random number table, with 36 cases in each group. The control group received traditional reduction treatment, while the experimental group received pry and reset the olecranon control lever through the ulna. The surgical conditions, elbow joint range of motion, and function of the two groups were compared. Results:The experimental group had a shorter surgical time than the control group, and the intraoperative blood loss and fluoroscopy frequency were less than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group had greater pre rotation, post rotation, flexion, and extension range than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall elbow joint function of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of complex humeral condyle fracture in children through the pry and reset the olecranon control lever through the ulna,is helpful to shorten the operation time, reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss and the number of fluoroscopy, and can effectively improve the range of motion and function of the elbow joint.
