Clinical Observation of Xuefu Zhuyu Oral Liquid Combined with Atorvastatin Calcium in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Hyperlipidemia
Objective:To analyze the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Oral Liquid combined with Atorvastatin Calcium in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia.Methods:A total of 64 elderly patients with coronary heart disease combined with hyperlipidemia admitted to Licheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group according to the computer variable grouping method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs combined with Atorvastatin Calcium,and the study group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu Oral Liquid on this basis.The TCM syndrome score,blood lipid levels and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of total cholesterol,triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 93.75%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuefu Zhuyu Oral Liquid combined with Atorvastatin Calcium has significant therapeutic effect in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia,which can improve lipid metabolism.It is safe and effective with no adverse reactions,and has high reference value.
