Objective:To investigate the predictive value of human papillomavirus(HPV),liquid-based thin layer cytology(TCT)and squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCCA)in postoperative recurrence of cervical cancer. Methods:Clinical data of 90 patients undergoing cervical cancer surgery in Baoying County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to whether the patients had recurred 2 years after surgery, they were divided into a recurrence group(n=25)and a non-recurrence group(n=65).Multivariate Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of postoperative recurrence in patients with cervical cancer, and receiver operating characteristics(ROC)curve was used to analyze the predictive value of HPV,TCT and SCCA in postoperative recurrence in patients with cervical cancer. Results:Univariate analysis of clinical data of the two groups showed that the incidence of tumor interstitial infiltration depth in the superficial muscle layer was 92.31%in the non-recurrence group, which was higher than 20.00%in the recurrence group. The incidence of lymph node metastasis in the non-recurrent group was 34.62%,which was lower than 64.00%in the recurrent group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The positive rates of HPV,TCT and SCCA in the non-recurrence group were lower than those in the recurrence group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).With postoperative recurrence of cervical cancer as the dependent variable and indicators with statistical difference as the independent variable,Logistic regression analysis showed that the depth of tumor stromal infiltration in deep musde layer, positive HPV,positive TCT and positive SCCA were risk factors for postoperative recurrence of cervical cancer.ROC curves of the three variables in the prediction model were drawn, and the results showed that the combined detection of HPV,TCT and SCCA had higher predictive value for postoperative recurrence of cervical cancer than that of single detection. Conclusion:The depth of tumor stromal infiltration in deep muscle layer,HPV positive,TCT positive and SCCA positive are risk factors for postoperative recurrence of cervical cancer patients. The combined detection of HPV,TCT and SCCA is higher than the single detection of HPV,TCT and SCCA in predicting postoperative recurrence of cervical cancer.
