Objective:To analyze the application effect of pulmonary rehabilitation training in postoperative nursing of patients with early lung cancer.Methods:A total of 92 patients with early stage lung cancer admitted to Hunan People's Hospital from October 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,all of them underwent surgical treatment in our hospital.They were divided into a control group and a study group according to numerical random table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the study group was treated with pulmonary rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The rehabilitation effects,the occurrence of complications,clinical indexes,lung function indexes and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of rehabilitation in the study group was 97.83%,which was higher than 82.61%in the control group,and the complication rate was 2.17%,which was lower than 17.39%in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After nursing,the first second forced expiratory volume,forced vital capacity,and first second forced expiratory volume/forced vital capacity in both groups were higher than before nursing,and the study group were higher than the control group,the peak expiratory flow in both groups were faster than before nursing,and the study group was faster than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The catheter drainage volume in the study group was less than that in the control group,and the catheter indentation time and postoperative hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of World Health Organization Quality of Life-Brief in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the study group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pulmonary rehabilitation training can improve postoperative rehabilitation effect,improve pulmonary function index,reduce complication rate,reduce catheter drainage flow,shorten catheter retention time and hospital stay,and improve patients'quality of life.
