Application Effect of Phased Rehabilitation Training Combined with Quantitative Health Education Model in Postoperative Rehabilitation Nursing of Patients with Distal Radius Fracture
Objective:To explore the application effect of phased rehabilitation training combined with quantified health education mode in postoperative rehabilitation nursing of patients with distal radius fracture.Methods:A total of 60 patients with distal radius fracture treated in Shanggao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine postoperative intervention,the observation group received phased rehabilitation training combined with quantitative health education mode.Both groups were treated for 8weeks.Pain and swelling,wrist range of motion,upper limb function,adverse mood and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the pain visual simulation score,swelling degree score,self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale scores of both groups were lower than before intervention,the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,wrist joint motion,upper limb score of Fugl-Meyer Upper Limb Motor Function Assessment Scale and Quality of Life Inventory comprehensive assessment questionnaire-74 score of both groups were higher than before intervention,and observation group were higher than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Phased rehabilitation training combined with quantitative health education can reduce swelling and pain symptoms,improve wrist range of motion and upper limb function,relieve adverse emotions and improve quality of life of patients after distal radius fracture.
