Objective:To explore the influence of rehabilitation nursing intervention guided by King interactive standard theory on stroke patients.Methods:A total of 98 stroke patients admitted to Siping City Central People's Hospital from February 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group by sealed envelope method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with rehabilitation nursing guided by the King interaction standard theory.Both groups were treated for 2 month.The exercise enthusiasm,negative emotion,cognitive function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the exercise enthusiasm score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale and Hamilton depression scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the mini-mental state examination score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of all dimensions of the World Health Organization quality of life-100 scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation nursing guided by the King interaction standard theory can improve the exercise enthusiasm of stroke patients,relieve their negative emotions,improve their cognitive ability and improve their quality of life.
