Effect of Integrated Medical Care and Enhanced Recovery Concept Nursing on Postoperative Pain and Rehabilitation Effect and Prognosis of Patients with Gallstone
Objective:To analyze the effect of integrated medical care and enhanced recovery concept nursing on postoperative pain,rehabilitation effect and prognosis of patients with gallstone.Methods:A total of 68 patients with gallstone who underwent laparoscopic surgery in Yushan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with the integrated medical care and enhanced recovery concept nursing.Both groups were treated for two weeks.The surgical indexes,postoperative pain,quality of life,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time,first exhaust time,first getting out of bed time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the pain visual analogue scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of all dimensions of the generic quality of life inventory-74 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 5.88%,which was lower than 23.53%of the control group,the nursing satisfaction was 91.18%,which was higher than 64.71%in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrated medical care and enhanced recovery after surgery nursing can alleviate the postoperative pain of gallstone patients,reduce the incidence of complications,improve their prognosis,shorten the length of hospital stay,and thus improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
