Effect Analysis of Clavicular Locking Titanium Plate Internal Fixation Combined with Absorbable Line in the Treatment of Patients with Comminted Clavicular Fracture
Objective:To investigate the effect of clavicular locking titanium plate internal fixation combined with absorbable line in the treatment of comminted clavicular fracture patients and its influence on the functional recovery and prognosis of shoulder joint.Methods:A total of 90 patients with comminted claviclar fracture admitted to Haimen District People's Hospital of Nantong City from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into a control group and a study group by random drawing method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clavicular locking titanium plate internal fixation,and the study group was treated with clavicular locking titanium plate internal fixation combined with absorbable line.Both groups were followed up for 12 months.The surgical indications,postoperative pain,shoulder function,the occurrence of fracture healing and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:There were no significant differences in incision length,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative visual simulation score between the two groups(P>0.05).The operation time of the study group was lorger than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Twelve months after surgery,the Constant-Murley Shoulder Score in both groups were higher than before surgery,and the study group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Twelve months after surgery,callus volume,callus margin,callus density and fracture edge scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was 4.44%,which was lower than 22.22%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of clavicular locking titanium plate internal fixation combined with absorbable line in the treatment of patients with comminuted clavicular fracture can prolong the operation time,but can promote the recovery of shoulder joint function and prognosis,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
