Effect of Remimazolam Compounded with Remifentanil on Operative Vital Signs and Postoperative Cognitive Function in Elderly Patients with Cerebral Infarction
Objective:To investigate the effects of Remimazolam combined with Remifentanil on operative vital signs and postoperative cognitive function in elderly patients with cerebral infarction. Methods:A total of 60 elderly patients with cerebral infarction who received surgery in Juye County People's Hospital from June 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was anesthetized with Propofol, the study group was anesthetized with remazolam combined with remifentanil. The operative vital signs and cognitive function of the two groups were compared. Results:At 5 min after induction,10 min after surgery and after waking up,the heart rates, blood oxygen saturations and blood pressures of the study group were more stable than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 2,24 and 48 h after operation, the Mini-Mental State Examination scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Remimazolam combined with Remifentanil has a better anesthetic effect than propofol combined with remifentanil in the surgery of elderly patients with cerebral infarction, which can maintain patients'vital signs more stably and has less influence on their postoperative cognitive function.
