Effect of Qingre Qufeng Decoction Combined with Etanercept and Leflunomide on Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of Qingre Qufeng Decoction combined with Etanercept and Leflunomide in the treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:A total of 80 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to Laiyang Central Hospital from April 2021 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Etanercept and Leflunomide,and the study group was treated with Qingre Qufeng Decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The quantitative results of clinical signs,disease activity related indexes,bone metabolism indexes,clinical therapeutic effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of joint swelling,joint tenderness and visual simulation of pain in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the morning stiffness time was shorter than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein and rheumatoid factor levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the bone alkaline phosphatase and osteocalcin levels were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 92.50%,higher than 72.50%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incident of adverse reactions between the two groups was 15.00%,10.00%,respectively(P>0.05).Conclusion:Qingre Qufeng Decoction combined with Etanercept and Leflunomide in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis patients can improve the clinical signs and therapeutic effects of patients,and is beneficial to regulate the expression levels of rheumatoid factors,bone metabolism and other related indicators,with good safety.
