Clinical Application of Spleen and Stomach Conditioning in Early Stage after Fracture Operation
Objective:To investigate the effect of spleen and stomach conditioning in early stage after fracture operation. Methods:A total of 100 patients with fracture admitted to Yongzhou Dao County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into a control group and a study group by drawing lots, with 50 cases in each group. Both groups received surgical treatment. After operation, the control group was treated with routine rehabilitation, and the study group was treated with spleen and stomach conditioning intervention. The incidence of postoperative gastrointestinal reactions, postoperative rehabilitation time and postoperative rehabilitation satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:The incidence of postoperative gastrointestinal adverse reactions in the study group was 10.00%,which was lower than 48.00%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of first landing, swelling elimination, fracture healing, complete weight bearing and average hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The rehabilitation satisfaction rate of the study group was 98.00%,which was higher than 82.00%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Spleen and stomach conditioning in the early stage after fracture operation can reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal reaction, shorten the postoperative rehabilitation time, and improve the postoperative rehabilitation satisfaction.
