Effects of Pingchuan Guben Decoction Combined with Fluticasone Furoate,Umeclidinium Bromide and Vilanterol Trifenatate on Serum Inflammatory Indexes and Blood Gas Indexes in Patients with AECOPD
Objective:To investigate the effects of Pingchuan Guben Decoction combined with Fluticasone Furoate,Umeclidinium Bromide and Vilanterol Trifenatate on serum inflammatory indexes and blood gas indexes in inpatients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods:A total of 88 inpatients with AECOPD in Guilin Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from April 2023 to April 2024 were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional treatment,on this basis,the control group was treated with Fluticasone Furoate,Umeclidinium Bromide and Vilanterol Trifenatate,and the study group was treated with Pingchuan Guben Decoction combined with Fluticasone Furoate,Umeclidinium Bromide and Vilanterol Trifenatate.Both groups were treated continuously for three months.The lung function,inflammation indexes and blood gas indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the peak expiratory flow in the study group were faster than that of the control group,and forced expiratory volume in one second was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6,interleukin-8 and tumor necrosis factor-α in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the partial pressure of arterial blood oxygen and saturation of arterial blood oxygen in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pingchuan Guben Decoction combined with Fluticasone Furoate,Umeclidinium Bromide and Vilanterol Trifenatate can significantly improve the lung function of patients with AECOPD,reduce the levels of serum inflammatory indicators,optimize the results of blood gas analysis,and have a positive impact on disease control and patient prognosis.
