Application Value of Combined Detection of Relevant Indicators in Urine in the Assessment of Early Renal Injury in Hypertensive Patients
Objective:To investigate the value of urinary microalbumin(mALB),transferrin(TRF),immunoglobulin G(IgG)and retinol binding protein(RBP)combined detection in the assessment of early renal injury in patients with hypertension. Methods:A total of 120 patients with hypertension and early renal injury admitted to Jinxiang County People's Hospital from April 2023 to April 2024 were selected as the study group,a total of 60 patients with simple hypertension were selected as the control group, and a total of 60 healthy subjects were selected as the healthy group during the same period.Urine samples were collected in all three groups to detect mALB,TRF,IgG and RBP levels. The differences among the three groups were compared, and ROC curve was drawn to analyze the diagnostic value of urine indexes in patients with hypertension and early renal injury. Results:The levels of urinary mALB,TRF,IgG and RBP in study group were higher than those in control group and healthy group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The ROC curve showed that the combined detection of urinary mALB,TRF,IgG and RBP in the diagnosis of early renal injury in hypertensive patients was higher than the single detection of urinary mALB,TRF,IgG and RBP.Conclusion:Urine mALB,TRF,IgG and RBP have certain diagnostic value in early renal injury in hypertensive patients, and the diagnostic value of combined detection is higher than that of single detection, which is conducive to early renal of injury.
