Effect Analysis of Phased Rehabilitation Training Combined with Hyperbaric Oxygen in the Treatment of Hemiplegia Patients after Cerebral Hemorrhage
Objective:To explore the effect of phased rehabilitation training combined with hyperbaric oxygen on hemiplegia patients after cerebral hemorrhage. Methods:A total of 88 patients with hemiplegia after cerebral hemorrhage treated in Liaocheng Third People's Hospital from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the method of random number table, they were divided into a control group and a study group,44 cases each. The control group received phased rehabilitation training, the study group combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the basis of the control group.Neural function, cognitive function and limb motor function were compared between the two groups. Results:After treatment, the score of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of the simple mental State Examination Scale and the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale in the study group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the Fugl-Meyer scale score of the study group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with hemiplegia after cerebral hemorrhage, phased rehabilitation training combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy can improve nerve function and cognitive function, and promote the recovery of limb motor function.
