Effect of Early Integrated Rehabilitation Nursing on the Prognosis of Patients with Severe Multiple Injuries
Objective:To investigate the application value of early comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in patients with severe multiple injuries, and to discuss its influence on the prognosis of patients. Methods:A total of 64 patients with severe multiple injuries admitted to Gan County People's Hospital from January 2021 to March 2024 were selected as research objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 32 cases in each group. The control group adopted the routine rehabilitation nursing plan, and the observation group adopted the early comprehensive rehabilitation nursing plan. Both groups continued to intervene...Time index, muscle strength and life ability, adverse event occurrence and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:There were no significant differences in lactic acid recovery time and coagulation function index recovery time between the two groups(P>0.05).The ICU stay time and total hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,MRC and BI scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 3.13%,which was lower than 28.13%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 93.75%,which was higher than 68.75%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the nursing of patients with severe multiple injuries, the early comprehensive rehabilitation nursing program has good application effect, which can shorten the ICU stay and hospitalization time of patients, improve their muscle strength and life ability, reduce the incidence of adverse events, and patients have higher nursing satisfaction.
