Objective:To investigate the effect of stage nursing on self-care ability of patients with pelvic fracture.Methods:A total of 133 patients with pelvic fracture admitted to Xiushui County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from July 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group(n=67)and an observation group(n=66)by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received stage nursing on the basis of the control group.The mental state,self-care ability,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the scores of the self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,all scores in the exercise of self-care agency and the scores of all dimensions of the Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 90.91%,which was higher than 71.64%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After receiving stage nursing,the patients with pelvic fracture can significantly relieve their negative emotions,improve their self-care ability,the satisfaction of patiens with stage nursing was higher.
