Observation on the Effect of Systematic Nursing for Elderly Patients with Femoral Neck Fracture Undergoing Artificial Femoral Head Replacement
Objective:To investigate the effect of systematic nursing for elderly patients with femoral neck fracture undergoing artificial femoral head replacement.Methods:A total of 78 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture who underwent artificial femoral head replacement in Xingan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received systematic nursing.The hip function,limb motor function,pain degree,surgical rehabilitation,complication occurrence and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the scores of Harris hip scale and the total score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the modified motor assessment scale score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the visual analogue scale score of pain was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 5.13%,lower than 23.08%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of pain disappearance,swelling disappearance,braking and fracture healing in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Systematic nursing for elderly patients with femoral neck fracture undergoing artificial femoral head replacement can not only help to restore hip function,but also reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,help patients recover as soon as possible,and promote the reduction of symptoms as soon as possible,which has certain application value.
