天玑骨科机器人辅助空心加压螺钉内固定术治疗股骨颈骨折患者的效果分析

目的:讨论天玑骨科机器人辅助下空心加压螺钉内固定术治疗股骨颈骨折(FNF)患者的临床效果。方法:选取 2022年 5月—2024年 5月濠江新圣骨科医院收治的 90例FNF患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组、双平面双支撑螺钉固定(BDSF)组及试验组,各 30例。对照组采用传统经皮空心加压螺钉内固定术治疗,BDSF组采用天玑骨科机器人辅助下BDSF治疗,试验组采用天玑骨科机器人辅助下空心加压螺钉内固定术治疗。对比三组手术指标、术后影像测量指标及并发症发生情况。结果:试验组及BDSF组的手术持续时间均短于对照组,术中透视次数、术中导针调整次数、术中出血量均少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0。05);试验组与BDSF组各项手术指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0。05)。试验组的螺钉平行度、螺钉分散度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0。05)。试验组、BDSF组的并发症发生率分别为 6。67%、10。00%,均低于对照组的33。33%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0。05)。结论:天玑骨科机器人辅助下空心加压螺钉内固定术治疗有助于改善FNF患者的手术指标,提高螺钉平行度及螺钉分散度,并降低并发症发生风险。
Analysis Effect of Tianji Orthopedic Robot Assisted Hollow Compression Screw Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Patients with Femoral Neck Fracture
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of Tianji orthopedic robot assisted hollow compression screw internal fixation in the treatment of patients with femoral neck fracture(FNF).Methods:A total of 90 patients with FNF admitted to Haojiang Xinsheng Orthopedic Hospital from May 2022 to May 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group,a biplanar double-support screw fixation(BDSF)group and an experimental group,with 30 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was treated with traditional percutaneous hollow pressure screw internal fixation,the BDSF group was treated with Tianji orthopedic robot assisted BDSF,and the experimental group was treated with Tianji orthopedic robot assisted hollow compression screw internal fixation.The surgical indicators,postoperative imaging indicators and complications of the three groups were compared.Results:The durations of operation were shorter than that in the control group,the times of intraoperative fluoroscopy,times of intraoperative guide needle adjustment and amount of intraoperative blood loss in the experimental group and the BDSF group were all lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in surgical indexes between the experimental group and the BDSF group(P>0.05).The screw parallelism and screw dispersion in the experimental groups were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidences of complications in the experimental group and the BDSF group were 6.67%and 10.00%,respectively,which was lower than 33.33%in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tianji orthopedic robot assisted hollow compression screw internal fixation is helpful to improve the surgical indexes of patients with FNF,improve screw parallelism and screw dispersion,and reduce the risk of complications.
