Analysis Effect of Tianji Orthopedic Robot Assisted Hollow Compression Screw Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Patients with Femoral Neck Fracture
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of Tianji orthopedic robot assisted hollow compression screw internal fixation in the treatment of patients with femoral neck fracture(FNF).Methods:A total of 90 patients with FNF admitted to Haojiang Xinsheng Orthopedic Hospital from May 2022 to May 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group,a biplanar double-support screw fixation(BDSF)group and an experimental group,with 30 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was treated with traditional percutaneous hollow pressure screw internal fixation,the BDSF group was treated with Tianji orthopedic robot assisted BDSF,and the experimental group was treated with Tianji orthopedic robot assisted hollow compression screw internal fixation.The surgical indicators,postoperative imaging indicators and complications of the three groups were compared.Results:The durations of operation were shorter than that in the control group,the times of intraoperative fluoroscopy,times of intraoperative guide needle adjustment and amount of intraoperative blood loss in the experimental group and the BDSF group were all lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in surgical indexes between the experimental group and the BDSF group(P>0.05).The screw parallelism and screw dispersion in the experimental groups were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidences of complications in the experimental group and the BDSF group were 6.67%and 10.00%,respectively,which was lower than 33.33%in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tianji orthopedic robot assisted hollow compression screw internal fixation is helpful to improve the surgical indexes of patients with FNF,improve screw parallelism and screw dispersion,and reduce the risk of complications.
