Correlation Analysis Between Serological Related Indexes and Early Renal Injury in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
Objective:To analyze the correlation between glycated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),glycosylated albumin(GA),microalbuminuria(MAU)and early renal injury in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:The data of 100 T2DM patients with early renal injury admitted to the First People's Hospital of Jingdezhen from January 2022 to April 2024 were retrospectively analyzed, and were included in the study group;the data of 97 patients with simple T2DM admitted during the same period were included in the control group;the data of 98 nomal control who underwent physical examination in the hospital during the same period were included in the health group. The levels of HbA1c,FPG,GA and MAU of the three groups were compared.Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation between HbA1c,FPG,GA,MAU and early renal injury in T2DM patients. Results:The levels of HbA1c,FPG,GA and MAU in the study group were(9.71±1.56)%,(10.88±2.26)mmol/L,(25.77±2.41)%and(36.79±5.33)mg/g,respectively,which were higher than(7.26±1.19)%,(8.95±1.63)mmol/L,(16.88±1.68)%,(19.72±3.46)mg/g of the control group and(4.89±0.32)%,(4.72±0.48)mmol/L,(13.69±1.05)%,(15.33±2.59)mg/g in the healthy group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation showed that The increased of HbA1c,FPG,GA and MAU were positively correlated with early renal injury in T2DM patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:The increased of HbA1c,FPG,GA and MAU are positively correlated with early renal injury in T2DM patients, and the higher the level of each indicator, the more serious the renal injury.
