Effect Analysis of Esketamine in Postoperative Analgesia and Prognosis in Patients with Spinal Injury
Objective:To investigate the mechanism and effect of Esketamine in postoperative analgesia and prognosis in patients with spinal injury. Methods:A total of 100 patients with spinal injury admitted to Jinan Third People's Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects, all of whom underwent surgical treatment in our hospital, and were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 50 cases in each group. The experimental group was given Esketamine for postoperative analgesia, and the control group was given Sufentanil for postoperative analgesia. The degree of pain, additional need for analgesic drugs, patient satisfaction, the occurrence of complications and prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results:24,48 and 72 h after operation, the VAS scores in the experimental groups were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The number of additional analgesic drug demand in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group within 72 h after operation, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 66.00%,which was higher than 30.00%of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).The incidences of nausea and vomiting, urinary retention and skin pruritus in the experimental groups were 36.00%,14.00%and 24.00%,respectively,which were lower than 70.00%,40.00%and 56.00%in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).At 3 and 6 months after surgery, the Oswestry Disability Index scores of the experimental groups were lower than the control group,American Spinal Injury Association Impairment Scale and Activities of Daily Living Scale scores were higher than the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Esketamine has a good effect on postoperative analgesia after spinal injury, has certain safety, can reduce the degree of pain, promote functional recovery, and has important significance in preventing disability.
