Effect of Cervical Plexus Combined with Brachial Plexus Block Anesthesia in Patients with Clavicle Fractures
Objective:To investigate the effect of cervical plexus combined with brachial plexus block anesthesia in the anesthesia of clavicle fracture. Methods:A total of 100 patients with clavicle fracture admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine from February 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a study group and a control group by random coin toss method, with 50 cases in each group. The study group underwent cervical plexus combined brachial plexus block anesthesia, and the control group underwent brachial plexus block anesthesia. The anesthetic effect, incidence of adverse reactions, vital signs, clinical indicators and pain degree were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of anesthesia in the study group was 98.00%,higher than 86.00%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 4.00%,lower than 16.00%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The heart rate, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the study group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The onset time of sensory block, onset time of motor block and block perfection time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain scores of the study group at rest and cough 1 h and 2 h after surgery were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of cervical plexus combined with brachial plexus block in the anesthesia of clavicle fracture can shorten the onset and completion time of anesthesia block, improve the anesthesia effect and safety, stabilize the vital signs of patients, and reduce the degree of pain.
