Hemostatic Effect of Endoscope Injection of Hemocoagulase Combined with Metal Titanium Clip in Patients with Acute Non-Varicose Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic value of endoscope injection of Hemocoagulase combined with titanium clip in patients with acute non-varicose upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage(ANVUGIB).Methods:The clinical data of 80 patients with ANVUGIB admitted to Shanxian Central Hospital from February 2023 to February 2024 were retrospectively analyzed,they were divided into a control group and a study group according to different treatment methods,with 40 cases each.The control group was treated with endoscopic metal titanium clip,the study group was treated with endoscopic injection of Hemocoagulase combined with metal titanium clip.The clinical efficacy,hemostasis,hemorheology,coagulation function and gastrointestinal function were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The intraoperative immediate hemostasis rate of the study group was 97.50%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the rebleeding rate 72 h after surgery was 5.00%,which was lower than 20.00%of the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Seven days after surgery,erythrocyte sedimentation rate in both groups was lower than before treatment,and that in study group was lower than that in control group,erythrocyte specific volume,whole blood high tangential viscosity and whole blood low tangential viscosity were higher than before treatment,and the study group was higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Seven days after surgery,there were no significant differences in thrombin time,prothrombin time and activated partial thrombin time between the two groups(P＞0.05).Seven days after surgery,the levels of gastrin and motilin in 2 groups were lower than before surgery,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the somatostatin level in 2 groups was higher than before surgery,and the study group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Endoscope injection of Hemocoagulase combined with metal titanium clip is effective in the treatment of ANVUGIB patients,which can effectively control bleeding without affecting coagulation function and improve hemorheology indexes and gastrointestinal function indexes.
