Analysis Effect of Linggui Zhugan Decoction Plus Minus Combined with 5-Isosorbide Mononitrate on Patients with Chronic Heart Dysfunction
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Linggui Zhugan Decoction Plus Minus combined with Isosorbide 5-mononitrate(IS-5MN)in the treatment of patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency(CCI).Methods:A total of 86 patients with CCI treated in Shanxian Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the study group received Linggui Zhugan Decoction Plus Minus combined with IS-5MN treatment.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,heart function and serum brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)level were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 97.67%,which was higher than 83.72%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the left ventricular ejection fraction was higher than that of the control group,the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and the left ventricular end-systolic diameter of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the BNP level was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Linggui Zhugan Decoction Plus Minus combined with IS-5MN in the treatment of CCI patients can improve clinical efficacy,effectively relieve clinical symptoms,improve cardiac function and reduce myocardial injury.
