Application of Rehabilitation Exercise Combined with Power Cycling Training in Patients with Lower Limb Dysfunction after Deep Burns
Objective:To explore the effects of staged rehabilitation exercise combined with power cycling training on the motor and walking functions of patients with lower limb dysfunction after deep burns. Methods:A total of 98 patients with lower limb dysfunction after deep burns admitted to Taiyuan Iron and Steel(Group)Co.,Ltd.General Hospital from May 2021 to February 2024 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number expression, with 49 cases in each group. The control group received routine training, while the observation group received stage rehabilitation exercise combined with power cycling training. Both groups were trained for 12 weeks.Compare the pain level, motor function, walking function, and quality of life between two groups. Results:After treatment, the Visual Analog Scale score of the observation group was(1.11±0.08)points,which was lower than(2.61±0.23)points of the control group, and the lower limb part score of the Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale of Lower Extremity was(28.37±3.77)points,higher than(21.33±2.02)points of the control group, and the 6 Minute Walking Distance of the observation group was(388.46±29.77)m,which was longer than(323.43±25.65)m of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the The MOS Item Short Form Health Survey Score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Stage rehabilitation exercise combined with power cycling training can effectively improve the motor function, alleviate pain, improve walking ability, and quality of life of patients with lower limb dysfunction after deep burns.
