Effect Observation of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgical Nursing in Patients with Colon Cancer during Perioperative Period
Objective:To observe the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing in patients with colon cancer during perioperative period.Methods:A total of 54 patients with colon cancer treated by surgery in Tianjin People's Hospital from September 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 27 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing in perioperative period,and the observation group received rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing in perioperative period.The perioperative indexes,stress indexes level,complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The recovery time of bowel sound,the first time to eat,the first time to exhaust gas,the first time to get out of bed and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the Pain Visual Analog Score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After operation,the levels of epinephrine,cortisol and norepinephrine in observation group were lower than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 3.70%,which was lower than 29.63%of the control group,and the total nursing satisfaction rate was 96.30%,which was higher than 77.80%of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the perioperative nursing of colon cancer patients,rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing is an ideal nursing program,which can improve the perioperative indexes and stress indexes level,reduce the incidence of complications,and contribute to the improvement of patient satisfaction.
