Effect Analysis of Nursing Intervention Based on FMEA on Hip Function and Mental State of Patients with Artificial Hip Replacement
Objective:To investigate the effects of nursing intervention based on failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)on hip function and psychological status of patients with artificial hip replacement. Methods:A total of 92 patients with artificial hip replacement admitted to the First People's Hospital of Jiujiang from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with FMEA-based nursing intervention. Both groups received continuous nursing for 3 months.Hip function, mental state, complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results:After nursing, the scores of Harris Hip Function Scale(HHS)and Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOLI-74)in all dimensions were higher in both groups than before nursing, and the scores of HHS and GQOLI-74 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).After nursing, the scores of Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)in two groups were lower than before nursing, and the scores of SDS and SAS in observation group were lower than those in control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.35%,which was lower than 17.39%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention based on FMEA can alleviate negative emotions, reduce complications, and improve hip function and quality of life in patients with artificial hip replacement.
